				for
	 DigiBoard PC/X, MC/X and Modem/X OS/2 2.x Device Driver
			   DGX.SYS V 2.0.2

			IBM OS/2 1.3, 2.0.0, 2.0.1

				1/10/95

	1. Enhancements from V. 2.0.1

	- Added support for daisy-chained boards.
	- Added support for IRQ's 10, 11, 12, 15 for the Modem/X card.
	- Added /d:m option to command line parameters to enable debug
	  messages at driver load time.
	- Added /S: command line parameter to permit disabling DTR and
RTS modes on port open. (The signals remain OFF until programmed
with the Set DCB IOCtl 53h). This feature is useful when modem
control lines transitions at open could cause undesirable side-
effects when a modem is attached.
	- DMODE.EXE can now be run in an OS/2 Window.

	2. Bug fixes

	- Fixed bug in write routine that would cause the driver to block,
	  resulting in long tx times.
	- Fixed bug where unexpected XON character would not be thrown away.
	- Added code to check for missed interrupts. This could cause a
condition where the driver was flow controlled and would never
	  restart transmit.
	- Fixed IOCtls 64h (Query Com Status) and 65h (Query Transmit Status)
to return a byte value instead of a word. This bug could cause a
byte of user data to be erroneously overwritten.
	- Added code to IOCtl 53h (Set DCB) to resume transmit if transmit
was paused and flow control was disabled.
	- Fixed bug that would cause a second board to not load.
	- Added code to cause DosOpen to fail if the port was not found.
	- Fixed bug that caused infinite timeouts to not work.
	- Fixed transmit timeout bug that would cause DosWrites to return
	  prematurely.

	3. Known limitations

	- Though many channels can be active at 1200-4800 baud, only a few
channels can sustain the higher baud rates of 9600 or more without
data loss and serious system performance degradation.

	4. Manual Errata

	- The included manual has not yet been updated to incorporate the
MC/X. See the 'INSTALL.DOC' file on the distribution diskette.
In general, the MC/X not requiring per-card hardware arguments is
	  the only substantive difference.

	- A new command line switch "/u:" permits the "U"ART start address
of daisy-chained boards to be specified so that multiple boards
may use the same IRQ and status port address. See 'INSTALL.DOC' for
	  more information on this feature.

	- The new "/S:" option for disabling DTR and RTS control modes
	  is described in INSTALL.DOC
