Team OS/2 Deutschland e.V. (Team OS/2 Germany) presents:

XDSKF - DSK self extractor by C. Langanke 2001-2004

This program provides an automated creation of a floppy
disk by executing a single XDSKF executable file, which contains
both IBM's LOADDSKF.EXE (as you find it on your WARP 4 CD-ROM)
and the image DSK file, which is to be written to the target
floppy disk. Just as LOADDSKF itself, such XDSKF executable files
can be executed both under OS/2 and DOS, the latter of course
only, if the executable name complies to the restricted 8.3 FAT
filename standard.

XDSKF executable files are being created by MKXDSKF.
This program combines the XDSKF and LOADDSFK code (all included
in MKXDSKF.EXE) with an optional text file and a DSK image file
to a single XDSKF file. When executing this file, it will display
the optional text, extract both LOADSKF and the image file to the
TMP directory and write the image to the target floppy disk.
