Emulation of an Altair 8800 currently running 4K BASIC. This BASIC interpreter
was written for the 8080 and doesn't work on the Z80, it gets into an
endless loop somewhere. Please note that one of the sense switches is in
upper position. The BASIC interpreter reads the sense switches to determine
the I/O ports used for the tty.
In 2014 I added a 8080 emulation to z80pack, so that the machines
now can run vintage software not working with a Z80, like Micro-soft
BASIC for the Altair 8800.
Emulation of an Altair 8800 currently running a ROM monitor program.
Please note the address switches, the program starts at address 0FD00H
and the start address must be toggled in, before the program is
started.
