Emulation of a Cromemco Z-1 with 2D frontpanel model running CP/M 2.2.
For a demonstration of the RDOS firmware the boot sector was loaded
manually and then executed. Usually one would use the boot command
to load and run an OS in one step.
This system was the first computer system using the Z80 CPU.
The machine now also runs Cromemco's CDOS, the terminal shows the
CDOS configuration for the system.
Programmed input switch 4 is in upper position, so that the RDOS
firmware uses a fixed baud rate for the terminal and one doesn't
have to hit CR a few times for baudrate detection.
The machine was improved further, so that it also is capable of
running Cromix, Cromemco's implementation of a UNIX like OS for
the Z80 processor.
