X Terminal.  So that we benefit from your experience, please take 
a few minutes to fill out this form. By answering the questions 
below as thoroughly as possible, you will assist us in correcting 
any problems you've discovered in the X terminal hardware, software, 
or documentation. We would also like your ideas on any X terminal 
enhancements you feel would improve our product.

After you complete the form, please return it in the attached postage-paid 
envelop or, if you prefer, use the file feedback.txt and e-mail the
