This directory contains dumps from the ROMs on the MAS board.
The ROMs are Motorola MK3600 series organized as 8192x8.
The file names correspond to the printing on the ICs.

The 4052 is a 16 bit machine, so there are two ROMs for one word.
The files mxx_myy.bin are the combined ROM images.
