fcut-dos.exe  The DOS version of File Cutter (8086+ with DOS 3.x+)
fcut-os2.exe  The 32-bit OS/2 version of File Cutter (80386+ with OS/2 2.x+)

Usage and Example:
For your convenience or interest,  rename  the  file "fcut-dos.exe"  or
"fcut-os2.exe" to "fcut.exe" and then copy it to any directory you like.
Make sure the file "fcut.exe" is in the current directory. Try the command
statement "fcut -?" in command prompt.
Your screen would then display FCUT's help message which telling you the
usage method and showing you some examples of using FCUT.


Combining the Pieces of File:
If there are totally three pieces of file and you want to combine them to
restore the original input file and also rename that as "target.dat", you
can do the following.

For DOS or OS/2 environment, try the below command statement --
copy /b filepart.001 + filepart.002 + filepart.003 target.dat

For UNIX environment, try the below command statement --
cat filepart.001 filepart.002 filepart.003 > target.dat
