The machine has been cleaned and found to be generally complete.
It has serious rust affecting the steel baseplate and several key mechanisms but there does not appear to be any corrosion or water damage affecting the PCB immediately above the baseplate. Nevertheless, one must be suspicious.....

General condition was fair with no gross dirt or corrosion. The unit was nevertheless dismantled and cleaned.
